Of course, Bella was happy to be here. But she couldn't help but be a little suspicious. The fancy restaurant, the fancy clothes, the fancy food. She didn't let her suspicion show though. Bella told herself to shut up and be happy. It didn't really matter why they were here. The point was that they were, and Bella simply wanted to be with him. That was all that really mattered anyway.
Bella picked up her menu and pretended to look through it. She peered over the top of it, getting a good look at James. The light made him glitter, even though the sun was setting now. He looked very handsome, and Bella looked back at the menu, smiling to herself. After she set her menu down, she sat back and waited for James. She looked down at her dress. It was turquoise, with ruffles at the end. The top half of the dress was similar to a halter top, and Bella had a white sweater over it. She'd curled her hair too. It hung in ringlets around her face. Bella's eyes wandered toward the window. The sun was almost completely gone, and a few stars started to come out.
