Jasper had been alone at home alone for the past couple of days. Ever since he had become a human really Jasper wasn't getting use to it. It was all to weird to him. Not only that but, it seemed a couple of days ago Jasper had caught an illness from one of the other students at the school. That was the reason he was at home. His father had informed that that he had caught a high fever and a bad flu and had decided to keep Jasper at home for extra precations. So here he was at home laying down on the sofa in the living room.
Esme had bundled him up in blankets and had given him a couple extra more pilliows to support himself. Cuddling up into the blankets Jasper laid on his side watching the old police movie that was playing on the television. He didn't exactly know the time but, he was guessing it was around the time his brothers and sisters would be pilling out of the school with the rest of the humans.
Taking a small sip of his ginger ale that Esme had gotten him before she left for the day quickly Jasper sat it back down on the small end table beside the sofa before his arms wrapped around his stomach and leaned over letting his head hang over the trash can as he puked his guts out.

Emmett walked in, watching Jasper puke. "Oh god. I don't need to be sick AGAIN!" Emmett said, throwing his arm across his mouth. "Jazz, did you talk to Carlise? You could be really sick. Were not immortal anymore." Emmett said, almost nervously. Jasper needed to realize that death was very real now.

Once Jasper was finished he laid back down snuggling back up into the blankets that Esme had laid gently over him. He then looked up to his brother Emmett hearing what he said. "Carlisle just says it's a very bad fever and a bad case of the flu Emmett nothing serious" Jasper told his brother weakly. He snuggled back up under the blankets as he looked to his brother. "Carlisle says if it gets any worse though he's admitting me into the hospital" Jasper told his brother softly.
There was one thing his siblings never knew about his human life. He was scared of hospitals and needles. With his father threating to take him into one Jasper only hoped he would get better faster.
